About The George & Dragon
Housed in an impressively restored 17th Century Inn on Acton’s High Street in West London complete with a cobbled coach drive, the George and Dragon pub is steeped in a fascinating history that stretches back centuries. It is likely to have been a pub of some description since medieval times. A list of previous landlords dating as far back as 1759 still hangs on the wall as a nod to the building's rich history.
Along with offering an intriguing maze of dark cosy wooden rooms and corridors to settle in, there is also a large back room with an island bar and a charming outdoor space to enjoy the plentiful choice of drinks. We have beautiful Thai food, a weekly Jazz night, a Quiz, Karaoke nights more monthly events.
