Located in the iconic Tram Depot, just a 3-minute walk from Clapton station, the space includes a wide range of equipment, a fully-equipped kitchen and workspace area.
The studio is part of a larger creative unit that includes four private studios and shared facilities. All bookings provide exclusive use of the open-plan studio and its amenities, while adjacent studios may be in use by resident creatives.
For productions or events requiring complete privacy across the entire unit — including exclusive access to the bathroom and no on-site activity — a full buyout option is available at £75/hour (excl. VAT).
Ideal for photoshoots, small events, and those who value an inspiring environment to create from.

Host rules
1. Smoking is not allowed in the studio, but there’s designated smoking area in the building’s terrace
2. Set-up and Pack-down must be done within the booking hours
3. Overtime will be subject to 1.5x hourly charge
4. Furniture and decoration can be moved
5. Anything damaged/missing will be charged at full price plus £20 administration fee
6. Access is limited strictly to the open-plan studio, kitchen and bathroom. Using other studios/rooms within the premises isn’t authorised
