About this space

Discover Children's Story Centre is an interactive children's discovery venue made up of immersive, child-scale storytelling environments designed for hands-on exploration and play.

Design: The interior presents sculpted, child-height environments of faux tree forms, soft turf mounds and winding coloured paths; varied spot and ambient lighting creates distinct pockets for exploration across multiple levels.

Features: The venue contains themed exhibition zones and a dedicated baby sensory room alongside an event birthday room supplied with essentials such as a cake stand and speakers. The venue provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, a PA system and allowance for own music, and it has wheelchair access, accessible toilets and a step‑free guest entrance.

Ideal for: Families with young children seeking relaxed, child‑centred play sessions and managed, casual celebratory gatherings.

What sets it apart: A fenced outdoor story garden includes a large spacecraft feature that extends the exhibition beyond the building and creates an independent play area.

What guests say: The exhibition is imaginative and absorbing, and the event team provides attentive, practical support; the birthday room is reported as immaculate and well equipped.
