All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed with a signed agreement.
A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
A site visit can be arranged upon request to ensure the space meets your needs.
Any special requirements, such as additional equipment or catering, should be discussed prior to booking.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with the venue’s regulations.
Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits, especially during late hours.
Any decorations or temporary setups must be approved beforehand and removed after the event.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
The venue must not be used for any illegal or disruptive activities.
The space must be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish disposed of properly.
Any borrowed furniture or equipment should be returned to its original position.
Any damage to the property or equipment must be reported immediately, and repair costs may be charged.

Keys and access cards (if provided) must be returned as instructed.
