The space must be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish disposed of properly.
Any borrowed furniture or equipment should be returned to its original position.
Any damage to the property or equipment must be reported immediately, and repair costs may be charged.
If additional cleaning is required, a fee may be deducted from the deposit.
