The area is a sizable studio of the Orpington-based V22 studios. It serves as a showcase showcasing carefully chosen art, accessories, and furniture from the 20th century. It is on the ground floor, has disabled access, and has natural light. The design leg furniture and accessories may be utilized as photoshoot props, and the room can be rearranged.
