The Blue Anchor is a light, flexible studio space that suits professional hires just as well as private events. With capacity for up to 65 guests. It’s ideal for meetings, workshops, training days and conferences - as well as birthdays, baby showers, weddings, mehndis, community events and more.

The space has a clean, welcoming feel with white plaster walls, exposed brickwork, sprung flooring and three large windows that fill the room with natural light - giving you a brilliant blank canvas to keep crisp and professional for a business event or dress up for a party.

I cannot thank the team enough. The Boathouse studios is a lovely venue and is very clean. The staff are helpful throughout the whole proceed. I hosted my son’s first birthday party there and the venue was perfect.

We hosted our baby shower at this venue and the team couldn’t do enough to help us. Very friendly and approachable staff who were easily contactable for all planning purposes, and visible on the day of the event for additional support. The venue itself is exactly as pictured, clean and fit for purpose. The team were able to provide tables and chairs for our booking, and had a number of optional additions such as table covers. We also had access to a kitchen for our event which was super useful for our catering needs. Free onsite parking is available at the venue with an access code which was a plus for us and our guests. The venue is also accessible via a lift. I highly recommend this venue and many thanks to Julie, Carole and Shadene for their support!
