Host rules
- To secure the booking, we require a deposit. This is only returned once the minimum spend has been met on the night. It can be redeemed against a tab or fully redeemed onto your card.
- Guests must follow all safety guidelines put in place and any further advice from staff. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the ceasing of service to the group and we reserve the right to claim the deposit if necessary.
- The ballroom hire is until 23:00, the room must be cleared at this time. Please speak to us about the terms if you are interested in extending the time.
