The staff were very helpful, except the security lady who was quite pushy and quite abrupt to our guests. The food was really nice and the waiting service from the waiters was amazing. Roxy was very clear and very helpful in organising our event.

The security lady who was in the suite was rude and very pushy as well as abrupt with our guests. Numerous guests complained about her. Please ask her to be kind and not to berude to staff. We paid alot of money not to be spoken rudely to our guest. Also, the was no music which our guests were asking for. Would of been nice to have music playing so we could dance.

I had my 21st birthday party here, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional – from the moment I booked, they were friendly, helpful, and so easy to communicate with. On the night, every single member of the team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive without ever being overbearing, always checking in at just the right moments and making sure myself and my guests felt completely taken care of. It was clear they genuinely cared about making the night special. The space was perfect, the atmosphere was amazing, and I’m still getting compliments from friends about how well-organised and fun the evening was. I can’t recommend this venue or the team behind it highly enough – thank you for making my birthday one to remember!
