Overall the venue was very good. The staff were very accommodating where they could be. The drinks and food was reasonably priced for a venue in London. The karaoke was a very nice touch and was a highlight for a few people.
One of the main gripes of the venue is that we weren't allowed to cut a birthday cake and hand it to people as they left. We even suggested doing it outside the building with a plastic knife but they didn't allow it due to health and safety reasons. Another annoyance is that the area is described as private however there is nothing stopping people walking inside and it was quite annoying having to tell drunk people that it was a private birthday party the whole night. Other issues include cockroaches inside the tables, no access to the ball pit unfortunately even though it is stated as a facility. Also the guy in the toilet begging for money for borderline assault with spraying guests crotches was unpleasant.
