About this space

Summer House and Pavilion is a private outdoor space in the Rooftop at Roof East that provides covered pavilion shelter alongside open summer-house seating on the rooftop.

Design: The space presents a low-profile white pavilion and an adjoining summer house set on painted concrete decking beneath an open sky. Colourful picnic benches, deckchairs and planted tubs define separated social zones and create a casual, contemporary rooftop look.

Features: A staffed bar and on-site street-food traders supply drinks and casual food across the rooftop. Outdoor activities and programmed events include mini-golf, outdoor cinema nights and a selection of casual lawn-style games. Accessibility provisions include step-free guest entrance, wheelchair access, accessible toilets and on-site Wi‑Fi.

Ideal for: Groups of friends or colleagues seeking a relaxed, social outdoor gathering that combines casual seating and on-site games.

What sets it apart: A built-in PA system and permission to play your own music let hosts run playlists or make announcements without bringing extra audio equipment.

What guests say: The space provides friendly, attentive staff who accommodate group needs and day-of requests. The space presents lively social activities and well-maintained games such as mini-golf and outdoor cinema nights.
