About this space

The Bloomsbury Club's subterranean terrace provides the perfect setting for your next gathering or group booking. The outside grotto is a vision of monochromatic floor tiles underfoot and twinkling fairy lights overhead. Cosy leather booths under heated lamps make the space just as inviting for the crisper months as it is for summertime golden hours. And a mix of long tables and little nooks take it from intimate date night destination to spirited Bloomsbury-Group-style get-togethers awash with fizz, food, and lively debate.

The cocktail menu is a real mix of forgotten classics and innovative new creations inspired by the Bloomsbury Set’s fascination with Ancient Egypt and the discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb in 1922. Unlock the secrets of the tombs using the bar’s bespoke pyramid and pendulum to guide you to your destined drink.
