Tucked beneath a Grade II listed building in the heart of Shoreditch, The Listening Room is a private basement lounge built for music, mezcal and atmosphere.
Set across three intimate rooms, the space features Funktion One sound throughout, a tailor made wooden DJ booth, Technics turntables, a rotary mixer and a dedicated bar serving one of East London’s largest selections of agave spirits, mezcals and tequilas.
Low lit, immersive and full of character, it blends Oaxacan warmth with East London edge.
Designed for birthday parties, private celebrations, listening parties, DJ nights, brand events, product launches and late evening gatherings, it gives guests the feeling of stepping into a hidden music lounge rather than a standard hire space.

Pricing can vary depending on date, day of week, guest numbers, timings and whether the event requires full exclusivity, DJ, security or a late finish.
A deposit is required to secure the booking and is deducted from the final bill. Late licence extensions, DJs, additional security and bespoke production may incur additional costs.

For larger private hire events, we can also create bespoke sharing menus, canapé selections and buffet style food depending on the event format and guest numbers.
