The venue was great! Spacious, different areas and activities to suit everyone. The possibility to choose and play our own music. The toilets in our private area. The gyozas were a hit among our guests. Meg was really helpful all along from solving an issue we had about the dessert, and helping setting things up on the day. Communication was easy with her.
The venue was not easy to find for some guests, so maybe a better signage might be helpful. We had an issue with the dessert with Danielle, and couldn't find a solution after many emails. You cannot bring your own dessert (and pay a corkage fee) or suggest to them any other catering services to reduce the cost (one dessert was basically the same price as their food package per person). Thankfully, after just 2 emails with Meg we found a solution for the dessert.
