Cool room, lovely bartenders
Bouncer was so unnecessarily rude to everyone, manager stood in centre of dance floor at one point and refused to leave when I told him it was making ppl uncomfortable and ruining the vibe, didn’t have needed equipment but to be fair sound guy was helpful and went out and brought what was needed and there was a miscommunication about what sound was gonna be used so not a massive deal, floor was sticky which ppl complained about but I get that kinda comes with club

Very poor communication
Had to wait 2 days for my enquiry to be acknowledged. Then had to chase 4 days later only to have my enquiry rejected with no explanation as to why. Not particularly helpful or professional. My event is designed to raise money for a UK homeless charity so would have thought they could at least give me some sort of reason as to why they would refuse. I am always happy to be flexible with organisation details and if there was a legitimate reason as to why they did not want to host the event then it could be discussed and resolved but not if they refuse to engage in conversation. Very poor.
