Exclusive Event Payment Terms

• 50% Deposit including Service Charge at 50% to provisionally hold and confirm a booking.
• Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund of deposit.
• Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of deposit.
• Cancellations for events starting within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable.
• Balance deposit of Minimum Spend + Service Charge due 7 days prior event.
• Final numbers for catering and set menus no less than 72 hours prior to start of event.
• Guest may reschedule or move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 30 days from the original due to unforeseen circumstances subject to availability. If and where applies, the client must pay any difference in minimum spend.
