About this space

Semi-private Room is a lounge within Bōkan 39 Roof Terrace Bar centred on an intimate seating cluster framed by full-height glazing and panoramic skyline views.

Design: The lounge pairs low upholstered armchairs and a central low table with a patterned rug laid over wide-plank flooring and exposed concrete columns. The lighting is low and warm, giving the compact space contained proportions suited to private conversation.

Features: The room includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and natural daylight. The room provides wheelchair access, accessible toilets and a step‑free guest entrance, and it has a small cleared area that can function as a dance floor under an enforced noise restriction.

Ideal for: Small groups such as friends or colleagues seeking a relaxed, predominantly seated drinks setting or a quiet standing reception.

What sets it apart: An authorised sound setup allows hosts to bring a DJ or play their own playlists through the room's system.

What guests say: The space features attentive, professional service and an unhurried, well-paced dining rhythm.
