About this space

A hands-on distilling and blending school that runs practical classes teaching spirit production and blending techniques. The venue places emphasis on active, participant-led learning rather than passive tasting.

Design: The interior uses fitted timber shelving, warm recessed lighting and low ceilings to create a compact, workshop-style teaching space. The layout centres on a long counter and cabinetry that keep bottles and equipment close to hand.

Features: The school contains a stocked teaching bar, tasting glassware and measurement equipment suited to guided blending or distilling sessions. The space also has a concealed bookshelf entrance, table and bench layout for practical work, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The venue permits playing own music during private hires.

Ideal for: Small groups looking for an interactive, workshop-style experience in a relaxed and social learning setting.

What sets it apart: A dedicated bottling and labelling process that lets attendees create, personalise and take away their own spirit.

What guests say: The school provides knowledgeable, friendly instruction and an engaging, hands-on format. The space presents an intimate, well-equipped environment that supports practical spirit-making activities.
