The communication was somewhat good, with having to wait a few days sometimes to be replied to. However, on the day I was given phone numbers to contact upon my arrival and everything was smooth. We were also allowed to stay longer than booked without an issue. And we were given a spare key, so that our guests wouldn't have to stand outside the doors. We were helped to connect our computer to the screen and people in charge were very polite and friendly. The place was clean, toilets were also clean and supplied with toiletries. I think the price is very good for the place and considering its in London.
Initially when I have booked the place, I was told it would fit 40 people and that the place and tables would be adjusted for us in a way, to fit all our guests. It was lucky, that only 20 people turned up for the event, as all the tables were left in the room and there weren't enough chairs to accommodate all of our guests, if they all would have turned up. So communication was poor for this perspective, as I was promised the room would be adjusted in a way I have asked.
