About this space

We provide a fresh perspective, flavours and storytelling on traditional Turkish food at Zahter. Our dishes are influenced by Istanbul's vast ethnic heritage and look to history as a source for innovative new finds. Istanbul cuisine reflects a mixture of cultures in which you can find a bit of every flavour. Signature items are derived from the old recipes but revived with Zahter's cooking methods and artisanal sourced produce.

The second floor of Zahter, the Loft, is decorated for private events with its own open-plan kitchen and bar counter and lounge-style furnishing.

The Loft can accommodate up to 28 people and can be hired for private dining and parties. Food can be served as an open buffet or a la carte. Guests are able to play their own music. Our bartender will be serving all kinds of drinks.

We had our Christmas dinner in the Loft at Zahter. It was an excellent evening and everybody loved it. A lovely space where people could mingle about and talk to different everyone. Food was delicious and they were really helpful on catering for different food preferences/allergies. We had one or two staff with us the whole time - so friendly and helpful. For a Christmas event for 25 people in central London it was reasonably priced and I would strongly recommend it.

The Loft for my husband’s birthday was an amazing space but the food was just incredible. Every dish was finished within minutes and the staff were the best we’ve experienced in years. I couldn't recommend this place enough! They went beyond expectations
