Studio 22 is a natural light daylight photo studio in London, located within a beautifully preserved Victorian building and spanning two floors with high ceilings and multiple styled spaces. Designed for professional photography and video production, the studio offers a calm, design-led environment suited to brands, creators and small teams.
The studio spans approximately 750 sq ft across two levels and includes three distinct rooms, each offering different textures, tones and backdrops for varied content creation. Abundant natural daylight flows throughout the space, making it ideal for lifestyle shoots, fashion editorials, product photography, interviews and video production.
Studio 22 includes access to a shared fitting and storage area located just outside the studio, a hair and beauty station, steamer, clothes rail and a fully equipped kitchen within the studio. Tea, coffee, snacks and refreshments are available throughout your booking.
Furniture can be rearranged within each floor to suit your setup, and optional on-site host support is available as an add-on to open and close the studio, welcome guests and remain on site.
With free on-site parking and a flexible two-floor layout, Studio 22 is well suited to full shoot days, brand campaigns and intimate creative events.

What You Can Do:
Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the space
You may move furniture within each floor (not between floors), with the help of your host if present
Use the in-studio amenities provided for your booked space
-Studio 22: kitchen and coffee corner (microwave and fridge available)
-Studio 23: coffee and snack corner only
Access the props cupboard where available to dress your setup
Play your own music using the studio speakers (please be mindful of volume)
Use the shared fitting and storage area located just outside the studios
Park in the designated on-site parking spaces where available
What You Can’t Do:
Do not stick anything on the walls without prior permission – we keep our walls freshly painted and expect you to leave them as you found them
Do not allow anyone who is not part of your booking group into the building or studios
The use of flammable substances, fire and smoke is strictly not allowed
Pets are not permitted unless prior written consent has been obtained from the owners and the pet add-on has been booked
Do not move furniture between floors
If you break or damage anything, you will be charged for the item
When Your Time Slot Ends:
Please put everything back where you found it
Make sure all props are returned to their cupboards
Put all used dishes in the appropriate kitchen or coffee corner area and rubbish in the bin
Make sure floors and surfaces are wiped clean
Double-check that you have all of your belongings
Please report any broken or damaged items
If a host is present, they will carry out a final check of the space shortly before your session ends.
