The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room is very cramped and feels damp. No natural sunlight and very harsh lighting.

Great room. Free coffee and biscuits in lovely communal space. Very central. Lovely, helpful ladies on the front desk. Easy to use tech and wifi.

Very poor communication
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this venue. We made a booking and then waited for several days without receiving any confirmation or response. During that time, we were unable to properly inform our guests or finalise the arrangements, as we had no certainty that the space was actually confirmed. We tried contacting the company both by phone and email, but received no response whatsoever. Eventually, the booking was no longer relevant, as we simply could not continue waiting without any communication. I am extremely disappointed that I spent so much time and energy waiting for a response from this venue. For a meeting space, where timely confirmation and reliable communication are essential, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend booking this venue.
