The venue is an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen that receives abundant daylight through large full-height windows, sits on herringbone wood floors and features exposed brick detailing; ceilings are standard residential height.
Room features: On Kew provides supplied backdrops and mirrors for portrait and product setups, a PA speaker system for playback and events, and venue Wi‑Fi. The step-free guest entrance and wheelchair access support kit movement and crew access.
Best for: Lifestyle and interior photography and small-scale commercial video shoots that require a domestic location.
What sets it apart: A metal spiral staircase provides an elevated vantage for overhead and alternative camera angles.

• No smoking inside.
• The wooden floors to be protected from heavy equipment and please ask the owner in advance for permission to move any furniture, art, furnishings or personal items.
• Please enter and leave the location quietly, and have respect for the neighbours.
• If parking on the street, please park considerately and do not block neighbouring driveways.
• No gatherings of people outside the property, no talking on mobiles and no smoking outside the location.
• Food and drinks may only be consumed in the designated area within the location, please check with the owner. Other than that, no food or drink to be consumed anywhere else in the location.
• Please remove dirty shoes before entering. Clean trainers may be worn inside. No high heels unless worn by cast during shooting.
• At the end of the event, please remove ALL rubbish. If rubbish is to be collected the next day please agree where it can be safely left. Time spent dealing with leftover rubbish will be charged as overtime.
• Please check over the location before leaving with the owner or their representative to note any damage or forgotten items.
• Ask before using smoke machines.
• Our offices and kids' bedrooms are off-limits.
• The owner (or their representative) reserves the right to close down the event for any breach of these rules and/or call the police for threatening or abusive behaviour.
