Penelope's is hotel AMANO Covent Garden's signature restaurant. Located on the ground floor, the restaurant has an opulent yet comfortable design. Elegant across the board, they showcase the finest ingredients and flavour combinations to reflect their Israeli-Spanish influence.
The restaurant is available for exclusive hire for up to 140 seated guests. It also features an elevated section that can be semi-private for up to 25 seated guests.
Diners can expect dishes served family style such as Paella Israeli style with whole lobster, frekkeh and gin-tomato sauce, Israeli sofrito combining pulled chicken and laffa bread, and Iberico ham carpaccio with raw tahini and pomegranate syrup.

The Hotel AMANO Covent Garden is the first international hotel from the Berlin-based hotelier, AMANO Group.

Clean lines meet modern colours and are reflected in each of the 141 rooms. Earthy tones, dark accents, and golden design elements give the hotel its recognizable "AMANO look". For a touch of glamour, the hotel’s Goldy Rooms come with their own freestanding golden bathtubs which overlook the city, while the remaining room categories include Cosy, Comfy, and Roomy.
Here, too, liveliness plays a major role: dishes are served to share, and a DJ ensures good vibes all weekend long.
