Venture X UK Terms and Conditions: House Rules - applicable to all Customers
1. Access to the Centre and the use the Communal Areas is available only during the Access Hours and is subject to compliance with such regulations as Venture X may publish from time to time.
2. A Customer must, while in and about the Estate, act in a proper and reasonable manner and shall not do any act or thing that may cause Venture X to be in breach of its obligations under the lease under which Venture X holds the Centre.
3. A Customer must not:
3.1. use any part of the Centre for any illegal or immoral purpose or as sleeping quarters or for cooking food (other than heating pre-cooked food in the kitchen at the Centre);
3.2. bring any animal, bird, fish or reptile into the Centre;
3.3. must not use the Centre as the address for service without the written consent of Venture X.
4. In using the Facilities, a Customer must not cause any damage to the Centre or to the fittings and contents at the Centre and must not cause any annoyance, disruption, disturbance or inconvenience to Venture X, its staff or any other users of the Centre or the occupiers of any other part of the Estate.
5. If a Customer shall cause any damage to the Centre and to the fixtures, fittings, furnishings and decorations at the Centre the Customer shall pay to Venture X on demand the cost to be incurred by Venture X of making good such damage or, if such damage cannot be made good, the cost of replacement of the relevant item.
6. In using the wi-fi and internet services at the Centre a customer shall:
6.1. not use such services for any illegal, unlawful or immoral purpose;
6.2. comply with the fair usage policy in respect of such services from time to time made by Venture X.
7. The Customer shall ensure that all Affiliate Members, Associates and any person visiting the Customer or for whom the Customer is responsible shall comply with the obligations on behalf of the Customer as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
