An adaptable warehouse studio offering minimalist blank-canvas interiors across an open, column-free floor.

Design: The interior pairs white-painted steel trusses and high ceilings with a smooth grey concrete floor and broad uninterrupted wall surfaces. Black metal-framed windows and exposed ceiling fixtures provide contrasting industrial detail.

I held my event here and it was everything I could have asked for and more! I was single-handedly organising an event for circa 25 guests plus a few suppliers, so I had a lot to plan and organise. The venue team were SO helpful (Sasha and Ed, so appreciate you both!) their communication was fast, they referred me to great suppliers for catering (the guests LOVED the food from their recommended caterers), and honestly the whole day was just perfect. The venue, the sound, the freedom that we had to use the space and it's tucked away from any members of the public so you really have the place to yourself to create your own world. My guests absolutely loved it, and I'm just in awe. Hire this place and this team, you wouldn't regret it. P.s. the aesthetics of the place are gorge, if you're a content creator or some one who wants beaut photos for Instagram/socials, this is your spot!

We loved the feel, decoration and inviting space. It is well kept and is by far the best venue we have used for any of our events. The staff were also very professional and friendly and we are sure to come back soon.

Selected this space for an exhibition for my birthday and can honestly say I'd love to use this space again - it was perfect. Not too big or too small, accessible location with loads of on-street parking within walking distance. Sasha is a gem!
