Everything, Jordan and her team were fantastic from first communication to the end. Brilliant place to be and could not ask for anything better! They really do go above and beyond to provide for every one of your needs - it's a beautiful venue and the team just make it even better!

Really good location and the hall upstairs is beautiful. The addition of air conditioning upstairs will be a real plus on hot summer days.

There were multiple communication issues with Core which ranged from limited responses once we had booked, an interim events manager who told us that things we had previously agreed with the venue regarding delivery of hire items for our event weren't possible, to the venue not telling us the day before our wedding that areas of the floor upstairs had been taken up and were still wet and not accessible during the period we paid to set up. The overall impression we received was that Core view renting space for such events as an inconvenience rather than being one of the most important days of a couples life and certainly the most money that they will spend on a single event. We understand that one of the managers had an argument with our caterers which led to accusations which cannot be proved by either side of the removal of a catering tray (but we have been charged for). Would only recommend this venue if you are hiring a wedding coordinator as the stress pre and post event for us was not pleasant.
