The booking process was smooth, Danny was very helpful along the way. The venue itself is great and is kept well, meaning that minimal decor is needed. I had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday there and would recommend using this venue.

The venue, the location, the general ambiance. Really really happy with actual venue
The communication from staff was really poor. It sometimes took days before I got a reply. Not great when planning a wedding. Also, I was told by my caterer that one of the ovens wasn’t working (they had catered for a different event at the venue two weeks before my wedding) so I had to pay my caterer an extra £150 for a hot cupboard - the venue denied it but I still had to pay. Staff seem really friendly but it wasn’t nice having to deal with such inconsistent communication.
