Rules of the space
Allowed events
Host rules
- No smoking in the building.
- Your booking starts from the booking time. Do not arrive more than 20 minutes early as you may be left waiting outside.
- Table covers must be bought if you want to bring your own food and drink
- There is an extra fee of £75 if you want to bring your own food and drink into the space
- We only book by the hour, no half hour sessions.
- Security is required for events with more than 50 guests. We provide registered security for your event for an additional fee.
- No drunk or disorderly behaviour.
- No drugs.
- No violence.
- Late Payment Fee - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you shall be charged a late payment fee of £20
Overtime
- If your booking over runs by more than 10 minutes you will be charged for an extra hour at the weekend rate.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
