Venue was stunning, food was delicious and the ambience for the event was perfect. Private dining area was the perfect balance between intimate but left to feel as if you’re forgotten! The managers of this venue were amazing to work with also! Very accommodating. Despite booking the private dining until 4.30, guests were allowed to stay until 6!
Unfortunately the waitress on the day let us down. Clear wishes such as guests paying for drinks at the bar was discouraged, service charge was then added to every drink (the bar was 2 metres away) Prosecco was ordered for all guests on arrival yet they were offered cocktails, all orders were made and paid for in advance yet insufficient orders arrived (this wasn’t the issue, it happens) but the waitress was adamant in counting the orders out loud in front of the guests twice and got the of wrong… twice. My feedback would be to have follow up with the waitress working on the day before the event as well as the managers to try avoid this.
