About this space

Please note: for all party events you must hire the whole ground floor, which included the theatre, adjacent bar and ground floor toilets. Our theatre space can be hired alone without the bar for rehearsals, dance classes and workshops.

Our black-box Theatre space is fully equipped and offers excellent technical facilities including an integrated PA system, lighting and AV. It has a separate dressing room with a toilet.

Ground-level dock-door access for load-ins is to the rear and via the art centre’s yard. The Theatre’s location on the ground floor of the arts centre makes it fully accessible from kerb to stage.

Oak parquet floor and the raised reconfigurable stage.
Staging and tiered, raked seating (if required) can be arranged in a variety of set-ups to suit each event.
