These boats are the ideal transfer vessels. Modern, comfortable and reasonably fast. Useful for when you need to get your guests from one point in London to a venue close to the river elsewhere. Whilst licenced to carry 399 passengers this does include the outside spaces. London weather is not predictable so we would recommend 200 guests for a private hire.
The City Alpha and Gamma are often referred to as a 'glass boat' due to their large panoramic windows. Both boats have had a full refit with the Alpha joining us in 2015 and the City Gamma relaunched in 2019. They now have new upper decks, outfitted with modern seating designed to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable sightseeing experience for all. Both boats have 2 bars, one inside and one out, and wheelchair accessibility. State-of-the-art audio and visual equipment and TV screens are available as well. The City Alpha is well known for having run the Movies on the River in alliance with Time Out London.
We would not recommend these boat for parties or dinners.
