About this space

The Courtyard is a semi-private outdoor space at 93 Feet East that provides a covered, paved area for outdoor gatherings.

Design: The courtyard features exposed brick walls, a brick-paved floor and timber picnic benches beneath café-style string lighting that reflects the building's industrial origins.

Features: The space provides picnic-style bench seating and an open area that functions as a dancefloor, plus evening lighting for after-dark use. The space includes Wi‑Fi, step-free guest access, wheelchair-accessible routes and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups of friends or colleagues seeking a relaxed, social gathering that mixes seated picnic-style dining and standing reception-style mingling.

What sets it apart: The courtyard permits hosts to play their own music and to bring their own DJ.

What guests say: The courtyard is frequently described as a popular outdoor area, though circulation between indoor and outdoor spaces can feel awkward during private events and the toilets are reported as needing more frequent cleaning.
