Very poor communication
I waited approximately six weeks for a final decision, only to be told that you are now unable to proceed with my event. This is extremely disappointing, particularly because I was advised from the beginning that everything was progressing smoothly and that there were no concerns with moving forward.
I had also already signed an agreement based on the information and reassurance provided to me. To then be informed, after six weeks, that you are unable to proceed has put me in a very difficult position with my event planning.
I find the way this has been handled extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Had I been made aware much earlier that there was a possibility you would not be able to accommodate my event, I could have made alternative arrangements rather than losing valuable planning time.
I would appreciate a clear explanation as to why the decision has changed after an agreement was signed and why it took approximately six weeks for this to be communicated to me.
