Great space - light and airy. Good food. The conference team were very helpful.

Nothing in particular. We use Regents' to register people, which was very helpful, but the printing on name tags was tiny

The perfect venue, and everything went exactly as it should. Staff were extremely helpful and efficient. There were no unpleasant surprises. Good value for money as well.

No response from manager at all or explanation why event not accepted. Makes it hard to know what is allowed and not allowed for future events and is very unprofessional.
