Please ensure the studio is left clean and tidy. Before leaving, make sure to close all windows and doors and turn off the lights.

Gorgeous, well-lit, easy-to-use studio with all possible instructions and amenities provided. Specifically, management/staff were EXTREMELY accommodating to my very last-minute and desperate request for a booking (maybe 27 hours' notice), ensuring I knew exactly what to do to access the building and exactly what to do when exiting as well. Overall INCREDIBLY good service, well worth the money (particularly for such short notice), absolutely will use again.

Slight bit of sound leakage of drilling / MOT works from the garage next door, but nothing that was completely unmanageable, and didn't end up being audible on recordings over music anyway.

The studio is close to where I live, it’s relatively wide and had necessary amenities such as bathroom, shower and kitchen

Finding the studio itself is complex, there are many stairs to take up and around is messy and rough. The connection to music was not easy as well. The instructions are long, complicated and often unclear. Had to email twice and I wish I had a direct number that I can call and get quick directions. 30min of the booking went to figure out the music which was not great. The event ran late, then we had to pack and leave within 5 min. Windows were open when we arrived which means someone before us didn’t close them (means didn’t follow the instructions like I did in the end).
