For photo productions involving more than 2 people, a minimum booking of 4 hours is required.

First-time bookings:
Prior to your first booking, guests must email a copy of a valid ID and proof of address in order to receive access door codes.

No smoking anywhere in the building.

Skate shoes are not allowed in the studio. Please bring appropriate indoor footwear.

Please ensure the studio is left clean and tidy. Before leaving, make sure to close all windows and doors and turn off the lights.

You can change the reservation for another day or obtain a refund by notifying us with a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

Gorgeous, well-lit, easy-to-use studio with all possible instructions and amenities provided. Specifically, management/staff were EXTREMELY accommodating to my very last-minute and desperate request for a booking (maybe 27 hours' notice), ensuring I knew exactly what to do to access the building and exactly what to do when exiting as well. Overall INCREDIBLY good service, well worth the money (particularly for such short notice), absolutely will use again.
Slight bit of sound leakage of drilling / MOT works from the garage next door, but nothing that was completely unmanageable, and didn't end up being audible on recordings over music anyway.
