Overview & Location
Situated in Camberwell, just a short distance from Elephant & Castle, this railway arch workspace is operated by an active commercial photographer. The booking model is built on transparency: all standard lighting equipment is rolled into the base rate. You gain access to multiple staging areas and top-tier gear without the hassle of extra rental forms.
Important Audio Notice: Because the building is a functioning railway arch, train noise is frequent. This location works perfectly for photography, B-roll, and music videos, but is not recommended for capturing clean, long-form dialogue.
Provided Photography Gear (Flash)
Flash Heads: 8 Godox Pro units (including the AD600 Pro, AD400 Pro, AD300 Pro, and AD200 Pro).
Camera Triggers: Ready for Nikon, Canon, Sony, and Fuji systems.
Modifiers: A massive selection featuring a 120cm octobox, 90cm parabolic, beauty dish, fresnel spot, snoot, grids, umbrellas, strip boxes, and standard softboxes.
Provided Video Gear (Continuous)
Lighting Units: 14 different continuous fixtures, including LED panels, spotlights, and RGB spots.
Compatibility: All video lights feature standard Bowens mounts.
Extras: A selection of color gels is kept on-site.
Props, Sets, & Upgrades
Mix and match our colored paper backdrops and staging props to build distinct looks during your session. If your project involves heavy rigging or complex lighting adjustments, you can hire the host for hands-on "Lighting Assist" directly at checkout. Specialized green screen equipment and complete blackout setups are also available as paid extras.
Building Amenities
Load your gear straight through the street-level entrance. Inside, your cast and crew have access to a private changing room, a bathroom, and a kitchen area.

Prices
2-hour hires are available weekday mornings only. Weekend minimum is 3 hours. For 3–4 hour bookings please choose either a morning or afternoon slot — mid-session start times that span both halves aren't available.
Lighting Assist
All lighting is included and set up ready for your arrival. If you'd like hands-on support throughout your shoot, add the Lighting Assist option at checkout. This is required for music video productions.
The space
The studio is a converted railway arch — there is periodic train noise. It's well suited to photography, content creation and short-form video, but not to productions requiring extended clean audio.
