About this space

The Vault is a private Cocktail Bar area in The Escapologist that reads as an intimate subterranean chamber characterised by low, enclosed proportions.

Design: The room shows wood‑panelled lower walls, glitter-finish narrow tabletops and low coloured lighting that creates strong contrast between surfaces. The space feels compact and enclosed, encouraging close, sociable seating arrangements.

Features: Banquette seating, small round tables and high stools allow a mix of seated and standing arrangements. A room-controlled music option permits hosts to play their own soundtrack, and Wi‑Fi and air‑conditioning are available.

Ideal for: Small groups seeking sociable, relaxed evening drinks and informal, booth‑centred gatherings.

What sets it apart: A continuous painted mural of surreal artwork spans the ceiling, providing an immersive visual backdrop that is unique to the room.

What guests say: The space has a secret‑society aesthetic and attentive bar staff who produce crafted cocktails quickly.

Christmas Party · 40 guests · December 2022

Fun energy, good services. Employees seemed keen and used to deal with (drunk) costumers.

The package drinks could have been a bit better explained as we wanted to use it when our bar tab ran out and we couldn't.

I booked an area for 25 people and we were given a tiny corner table. We should have had at least two tables given to us.
