About this space

The Glass Room is a Function Room in The Glasshouse, an elongated semi‑private dining and social area set apart from the main bar.

Design: The space shows a pub-style interior with varnished timber tables, patterned upholstered seating along one wall and muted painted walls. The windows provide generous natural daylight and the ceiling features pendant lighting and simple decorative bunting.

Features: The room has built-in PA speakers, venue Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The room permits its own music and the use of external DJs subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The room is wheelchair accessible and served by nearby accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small to mid-sized social groups seeking seated meals or relaxed standing drinks in an informal pub setting.

What guests say: The space is reliably set up for private events and supported by friendly, efficient staff who maintain quick bar service during busy nights.

Anniversary Party · 50 guests · November 2023

Fabulous venue for a party, the staff are very accomodating moving the tables as required for our event and we were very well looked after throughout. The private function room is nicely contained with its own facilities and very pretty lighting. There is also a lovely outside area we could spill out on to with our own bar kiosk. The pizzas are delicious too and the staff staggered the buffet expertly. The pub is well located too being opposite the station.
