Host rules

Drinks and bar service are provided by Mixology Events only. Seated meals are wood-fired pizza from 081 Pizzeria downstairs (not available in December). Outside production, AV and styling suppliers welcome with insurance and RAMS. Nothing fixed to walls; no confetti. Guests 18+; alcohol-free guests take part fully. Music is controlled by us and goes off for talks on request. Filming by arrangement. Access: all three floors are reached by stairs. There is no lift, no step-free route and no wheelchair-accessible toilet. If step-free access matters for your group, ask us about our nearby step-free partner venue.

Cancellation policy: 14-day provisional hold at no cost. 50% deposit to confirm; balance due 14 days before the event. Final numbers 7 days before. Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: deposit refunded less £500. 60 to 21 days before: deposit retained. Within 21 days: 100% of the booking value is payable.
