Highlights: A 1,100 sq ft skylit daylight studio with soft, even top-down natural light from six controllable skylights and full blackout when you need it. It has 15 ft ceilings, polished concrete floors, and a private yard with its own entrance road, giving you both indoor and outdoor shooting in one booking.

Ideal for: Fashion and look-book shoots, beauty and portrait photography, still life and product photography, e-commerce, editorial, brand content, interviews, music videos and small film productions.

Facilities: 3-phase power, an integrated Funktion-One sound system, underfloor heating, fans and AC. Available on-site, C-stands, polyboards, scaffolds up to 12 ft, sandbags, ladders, a trestle table, clothes rail, steamer and makeup mirror. Continuous and flash lighting is available to hire in house, and set building can be arranged. Fully equipped kitchen

Host rules

• Access is for your booked hours only. Set-up and pack-down must happen within them. Overtime is charged at £35 per hour.
• Please leave the studio as you found it, with furniture and equipment back in place, the kitchen tidy and all rubbish taken away.
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
• Please ask before fixing, taping or painting anything on the walls, floor or ceiling.
• Protect the polished concrete floor when using paint, liquids, food, glitter, confetti or anything messy. Floor protection is your responsibility.
• Haze, smoke machines, naked flames and pyrotechnics are only allowed with prior permission.
• Please be considerate of neighbours when loading in, using the yard and playing music.
• The hirer is responsible for any damage to the studio or its equipment during the booking. Productions should have their own public liability insurance.
• Any equipment hired from the studio must be returned in the condition it was supplied.
• Pets are welcome with prior permission.
