A 1,500 sq ft open-plan apartment with a New York loft feel, filled with plants, props, and furniture that give it a warm, characterful look. Concrete floors, huge windows, and an open-plan pink kitchen with a white worktop make for a distinctive and flexible space that works across a range of shoots and productions.
The space catches the afternoon sun, with natural light pouring in through the large windows. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer additional space for prep or styling.

Permanent damage and/or stolen studio belongings will be charged at our discretion.
Lost property will be kept at the studio for a maximum of one week unless claimed and collection arranged.
We have the right to stop the use of and/or charge a cleaning fee for the use of but not limited to, glitter, smoke bombs, confetti and flour.
No unlawful behaviour.
No smoking allowed.
No use of communal areas, please do not leave any equipment in the corridors.
Please do not prop doors open including the main entrance without supervision.
Please do not overload the lifts with heavy equipment - any damage to lifts must be paid for.
After the shoot the crew are responsible for the removal of any litter. Do not leave unwanted items in the communal areas.
Please ensure that the floors are protected and any items of furniture must be lifted rather than dragged.
Any scratches made to the flooring will be chargeable.
No pyrotechnics.
No outside lighting/generators are permitted without authorisation.
When loading in and out, please park vehicles away from the building with the engine off so to minimise disruption to the ground floor.
Please ask crews not to congregate outside the building before call time.
Do not force the fire door - this will break the door and any damage must be paid for.
Please return all furniture and props to their original position.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
