Care of the Space & Safety:
• Care of Property: Guests are required to treat both indoor facilities and outdoor terrace furnishings with care. Any damages to property, AV equipment, or terrace fittings will be charged to the organizer.
• Window & Balustrade Safety: Exercising extreme caution is mandatory around windows and terrace balustrades. No items, drinks, or equipment may be placed on sills or perimeter walls.
• Noise Control: Quiet must be maintained in all stairwells, lifts, and common areas. Outdoor noise levels on the terrace must comply with building guidelines (especially after 17:00).
