• Please arrive on time. Your booking includes any setup and pack-down time, so plan for both within your slot. Late arrivals cannot be added onto the end of the session.
• The maximum number of guests is agreed at booking. Extra guests need approval in advance, and building security may ask for names before arrival.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the studio or the building.
• No illegal substances. Anyone under the influence may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Food is allowed in the lounge area only. Drinks must stay well away from the desk, microphones and instruments.
• Please treat the equipment with care. Only our engineer may change the desk, monitors, mic setup or settings, unless you've booked dry hire with prior agreement. Any damage will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
• Instruments in the studio may be used only with permission.
• Please keep music at a moderate volume after 10pm out of respect for neighbours.
• Video crews must keep lighting and equipment on protective mats or stands. No taping or attaching anything to walls, windows or furniture.
• Please leave the space as you found it. Extra cleaning or overtime will be charged.
• Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the whole session.
