* Setup & Takedown: Event timings must include your setup and pack-down time. Early entry is not permitted.
* Overtime: Overrunning past your booked time is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate (billed in 30-min blocks).
* Salon & Equipment Care
* Styling Areas Off-Limits: Salon chairs, basins, tools, and products are strictly off-limits unless pre-approved in writing for shoot hires.
* Fixtures: Mirrors, lighting, and heavy display units must not be moved or adjusted.
* Food, Bar & Catering
* Bar Operations: Coffee machines and bar setups may only be operated by in-house staff.
* Catering & Alcohol: Outside catering requires prior approval. Self-service alcohol is strictly prohibited without prior licensing agreements.
