• Be considerate: please treat your workspace and the common areas as you would your home. It's your duty to leave any areas of Qube the same way you find them, in a clean and tidy condition
• Be responsible: you are accountable for the safety and behaviour of all individuals who accompany you to your Qube site
• No under 18s: we are a strictly 18 and above venue
• Be respectful: you agree to vacate the studio by the end of your confirmed booking time, failing to do so will result in an overstay charge billed at our standard rates. Your set up and pack down time is included in your booking window
• No food in the studios: we have communal lounge areas available for refreshments and hot food
• Be mindful: ensure the doors are fully closed when entering/leaving the studios, for safety and to ensure minimal sound-bleed
• Strictly no smoking (or vaping) inside the premises, please use the allocated smoking areas
• Report any damages to a member of staff immediately
• Pets are allowed: they must be supervised at all times and kept off the furniture
• Please be reminded, we operate 24hr CCTV
• Leave on time: please do not overstay past your booking end time. If you overstay in the studio beyond the booking end time, your booking will be automatically adjusted and you will be retrospectively charged
