Looking for a distinctive East London space for a shoot or a small creative gathering? Laviya Studios offers a white infinity cove, a makeup station and a lounge area inside an approximately 54 m² Hackney studio.

Book it for portraits, product and fashion content, creator workshops, portfolio sessions, castings or a low-key networking meetup. The cove provides a clean visual backdrop with multiple colours available while the surrounding space supports preparation and conversation. We tailor the layout to your brief; please share your proposed attendance, timing and whether the activity is a shoot or an event before booking. The studio is entirely indoors in a shared commercial building, so event format and sound levels require prior agreement.

The studio has multiple lighting equipment available for your creative shoot with pops to support creating your vision into reality. There is wheelchair accessibility.

• No smoking or vaping inside the studio or building.
• Please keep all guests and equipment within the booked studio. Corridors and neighbouring units are shared spaces.
• Do not exceed the guest count stated in your booking. Let us know in advance about any additional guests or significant equipment.
• Please protect the white infinity wall and curved floor. Keep shoes clean, do not drag equipment or furniture across it, and do not attach anything to the wall.
• Food and drinks must stay away from the infinity wall and shooting equipment. Please discuss outside catering with us in advance.
• No glitter, confetti, smoke or haze machines, open flames, or messy materials without prior approval.
• Please ask before moving furniture or using any studio lighting, backdrops or equipment that has not been included in your booking.
• Keep music and other noise at a reasonable level out of consideration for neighbouring businesses.
• Your booking time must include setup and pack-down. Please return the space to its original layout and take your belongings and production waste with you.
• Alcohol, events and any activity beyond the agreed shoot require prior approval.
