• Guests must respect the venue, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Any damage caused during an event may incur an additional charge.
• External food and beverages are not permitted unless agreed with Ara in advance.
• All food and beverages must be supplied and served by Ara unless otherwise agreed.
• External entertainment, DJs, performers, AV equipment or production must be approved by the Ara Events Team in advance.
• Any decorations, signage or installations must be approved in advance and must not damage the venue.
• Confetti, glitter, silly string, candles or similar items are not permitted unless specifically approved by the venue.
• Guests must remain within their allocated event space and follow any instructions from the Ara team.
• The agreed guest capacity for the space must not be exceeded.
• Events must finish at the agreed time. Additional charges may apply for extended use of the space.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards Ara staff and other guests. The venue reserves the right to refuse service or end an event where behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Any specific event requirements, including entertainment, decorations, branding or production, must be agreed with the Ara Events Team prior to the event.
• For private and exclusive events, the client is responsible for ensuring that all guests are aware of and adhere to these rules.
