Four Forté is a first-floor creative lounge and private event space in Dalston, Hackney, designed for people who want something more considered than a traditional function room.
Set within The Jago on Kingsland Road, Four Forté has its own distinct identity: a warm, design-led space built for meetings, creative sessions, private gatherings, shoots, workshops, brand events and intimate cultural programming.
By day, the space works as a flexible meeting, co-working and production environment. It is well suited to team sessions, brainstorming days, workshops, castings, interviews, content creation, photography, filming, podcasts, writing sessions and rehearsals.
By evening, Four Forté shifts naturally into a more social setting for private parties, listening sessions, networking events, supper clubs, product launches, small showcases, brand activations, private dining and invite-only events.
The room is intentionally versatile. Furniture can be arranged around the booking, allowing the space to move from relaxed lounge to meeting room, studio, dining setup or intimate event space without losing its character.
Its position above one of Dalston’s established live music venues gives Four Forté a different energy from a conventional meeting room or blank studio. You get the atmosphere and cultural setting of The Jago, while retaining the privacy and flexibility of a dedicated first-floor space.

Host rules
* No smoking or vaping inside the venue. Please use the designated outdoor areas.
* No confetti, glitter, candles, naked flames or pyrotechnics.
* Guests must not bring their own alcohol onto the premises.
* External food and catering are permitted only when agreed in advance.
* DJs, performers and musical instruments are welcome, but all technical requirements must be agreed before the booking.
* The venue’s installed sound system must be used unless alternative equipment has been approved in advance.
* Music levels must remain within the venue’s licensed and agreed sound limits.
* Decorations are permitted, but nothing may be fixed to walls, ceilings, furniture or equipment in a way that causes damage.
* All decorations, equipment and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking.
* Any damage to the venue, furniture, fixtures, technical equipment or surrounding areas may result in additional charges.
* Access to areas outside the booked space is not permitted unless agreed with the venue team.
* Children and guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult and may be subject to additional restrictions depending on the event and licensed hours.
* Security requirements will depend on the nature, capacity and finish time of the event and must be agreed in advance where applicable.
* The maximum agreed capacity must not be exceeded.
* Fire exits, stairways and access routes must remain clear at all times.
* Please respect our neighbours when arriving, leaving or using outdoor areas.
* All events must finish within the agreed booking and licensed hours.
* The organiser is responsible for the behaviour of their guests, suppliers and contractors while on site.
