2. Services
The First Studio provides:
• Podcast recording
• Video production
• Photography services
• Studio hire
• Content production
• Membership programmes
3. Intellectual Property
• Clients retain ownership of their original content and recordings.
The First Studio retains ownership of:
• Branding
• Website content
• Studio designs
• Internal systems and processes
Unless otherwise agreed, The First Studio may request permission to use selected content for promotional and marketing purposes.
4. Conduct
• Clients must behave respectfully towards staff, guests, and other studio users.
• The First Studio reserves the right to refuse service where behaviour is abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, or unsafe.
5. Liability
The First Studio shall not be liable for:
• Loss of earnings
• Indirect losses
• Technical failures beyond reasonable control
• Personal property left on the premises
6. Health & Safety
• Clients must follow all safety instructions and comply with relevant health and safety requirements while using the premises.
7. Memberships
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and subject to availability.
• Unused membership hours may expire at the end of the membership period unless otherwise agreed.
8. Force Majeure
The First Studio shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, strikes, or government restrictions.
9. Amendments
The First Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
