A private sauna and cold plunge experience tucked inside Waking Dreams Bethnal Green, bringing Nordic-inspired thermal wellness into one of East London’s most distinctive creative venues.
The space features two beautifully designed dry saunas alongside cold plunge facilities, creating a dedicated hot-and-cold experience that can be hired privately for groups, brands and events. The saunas operate at approximately 85–95°C, with showers and changing facilities also available.
Ideal for private wellness sessions, brand activations, product launches, press and influencer events, team experiences, retreats, recovery sessions and content shoots, the space offers something considerably more memorable than a conventional event breakout area.
For larger events, the Sauna & Cold Plunge can become part of a full Waking Dreams takeover, combining the thermal experience with our Aerial Studio, Movement Studio, Treatment Room and reception areas to create a multi-space event centred around movement, creativity and wellbeing.
