About this space

Café Bavaria: Unten is a semi-private area in the Bavarian Village Event Space defined by its timber-framed, chalet-style structure.

Design: The interior uses exposed timber beams and red-and-white gingham textiles to create a rustic festival-market appearance. The layout features open bays and low-hung pendant lamps that provide warm, directional lighting.

Features: The area provides long communal bench seating and fixed timber tables for dining and socialising. The space includes a PA system and venue Wi‑Fi. The area has a step-free guest entrance, wheelchair access and nearby accessible toilets, and it links to the venue's on-site food and drink counters offering beer, mulled wine and vegetarian and vegan options.

Ideal for: Groups seeking relaxed, social communal dining and informal drinks in a lively, sheltered setting.

What sets it apart: Direct sightlines to the venue's stages make the area one of the more music-facing seating zones, with live performances regularly audible from the space.

What guests say: The space has a lively, festive atmosphere and provides comfortable seating to rest during the event.
